Privacy Policy
This page explains what information Craft Collision & Restoration collects when you contact us or use this website, what we do with it, and how to ask us to delete it. We have tried to write it in plain English rather than legal boilerplate.
Who we are
Craft Collision & Restoration LLC is an auto body shop located at 2704 Park St, Lake Worth Beach, FL 33460, United States. You can reach us at 561 797 0353 or craftcollisionwpb@gmail.com. This policy covers the website craftcollisionrestoration.com and the information customers send us in order to get an estimate or have work done.
Information you give us
When you call, text or email us
This website has no contact form and no way to submit anything through the site itself. Everything you send us arrives directly through the shop phone line, by text message or by email, and we only receive what you choose to send: your name, your phone number or email address, details about your vehicle, a description of the damage, and any photos you attach. We keep that conversation so we can answer you and, if you become a customer, so we have a record of the job.
To ask for a free estimate, most people text us photos of the damage along with the year, make and model of the vehicle. If you text us, we will have your mobile number, which is how we reply.
Photos of your vehicle
Photos you send stay in the conversation you sent them through — the phone system we use for the shop line, or our email account. They are not uploaded to this website, and there is no way to submit a photo through the site itself.
We use them for one purpose: to look at the damage and prepare your estimate. We do not publish customer photos on the website, on social media or anywhere else without asking you first. The photos in our gallery are vehicles we have worked on and are published with that understanding.
Please keep in mind that a photo of your vehicle may show your license plate or the place where the vehicle is parked. If you would rather not send that, you can crop or cover it before sending, and it will not affect the estimate.
Information collected automatically
Like almost every website, this one runs on a web server that keeps standard access logs. Those logs are created by our hosting provider and typically record your IP address, the type of browser and device you are using, which pages you requested, and the date and time. They are used to keep the site running, to diagnose errors and to protect against abuse.
The site also uses a caching plugin, which stores pre-built copies of pages so they load faster. As of the date at the top of this page, the cache does not set any cookies for visitors who are not logged in, and it does not identify you.
What this website does not do
We think it is worth stating plainly. As of August 1, 2026, and verified across every page of this site:
- There is no contact form. The site does not collect any information from you directly — you reach us by phone, text or email.
- There is no Google Analytics and no Google Tag Manager.
- There is no Meta (Facebook) pixel and no advertising or conversion tracking of any kind.
- There are no third-party scripts loaded from other companies’ servers.
- The website does not set tracking cookies, and it does not build a profile of you.
- We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising.
If we ever add analytics or advertising tools, we will update this page and say so here before or at the time they go live.
How we use your information
We use what you send us only to do the work you asked us about. In practice that means:
- Replying to your question and preparing an estimate.
- Contacting you about your vehicle while it is with us.
- Preparing and submitting paperwork for an insurance claim, if you ask us to.
- Keeping a record of the repair, which also matters if you come back later about the same work.
- Meeting our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We do not send marketing emails or promotional text messages, and we do not add you to any mailing list because you asked for an estimate.
When we share information, and with whom
We do not sell your personal information to anyone, for any purpose. We share it only in these situations:
- Your insurance company, when you ask us to handle a claim on your behalf. We share what the carrier needs to process it — the estimate, photos of the damage and repair documentation.
- Parts suppliers, limited to your vehicle’s details, when we need to order the right part.
- Companies that run this website for us, such as our web hosting provider and our email provider. They process data on our behalf in order to deliver the service, not for their own purposes.
- When the law requires it, for example in response to a valid legal request, or to establish or defend a legal claim.
Text messages
If you text us, standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier apply. We reply to messages you send us about your vehicle. We do not send automated marketing texts. If we ever contact you by text about your repair, you can reply STOP and we will stop.
How long we keep your information
We keep estimate requests and repair records for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our accounting and legal obligations. If you asked for an estimate and never became a customer, you can ask us to delete your information at any time and we will.
Your rights, and Florida law
Florida has a privacy law called the Florida Digital Bill of Rights (Senate Bill 262). We want to be accurate about it rather than vague: most of that law applies only to very large companies — those with more than one billion dollars in global annual revenue that also meet other conditions, such as making most of their money from online advertising. A local body shop like ours does not meet that threshold, so those provisions do not apply to us. One part of the law does apply to any business operating in Florida: it requires your consent before selling sensitive personal data. We do not sell any personal data at all.
Regardless of what the law requires of a business our size, we will honor these requests from anyone who contacts us:
- Ask what we have. We will tell you what information about you we hold.
- Ask us to correct it if something is wrong.
- Ask us to delete it, including any photos you sent us.
- Ask for a copy of what you sent us.
How to ask us to delete your information
Email craftcollisionwpb@gmail.com with the phone number or email address you used to contact us, and tell us what you want deleted. You can also call the shop at 561 797 0353 and ask. We will confirm once it is done. We may need to keep certain records where the law requires it, such as invoices for completed work, and we will tell you if that is the case.
Children
This website is not directed to children, and our services are not intended for them. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13 years of age. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us at craftcollisionwpb@gmail.com and we will delete it.
Security
This website is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection, and access to the systems that hold customer information is limited to the people who need it to do the work. No website can promise perfect security, but we do not collect payment card numbers or government identification through this website, so that information is never stored here.
Links to other websites
Our site links to Google Maps, Instagram and Facebook. Once you follow one of those links you are on someone else’s website, and their privacy policy applies, not ours.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and change the “last updated” date at the top. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
